A US$1bn mostly elevated 150 km Freeway system.
- Responsible for 18 German, Thai, Filipino and Indian survey and civil Engineers & 80 staff in 20 - 25 survey teams and for all initial topo-surveys, design proposals and checks, setting out / asbuilts, quality control and planning for the whole site.
